Celiac disease does not have to bring you down.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably dealing with a lot of the same issues my clients were facing post-celiac diagnosis.
→ Feeling constantly left out whenever you’re around food
→ Mentally fatigued from all of the planning, preparing, and protecting yourself from gluten
→ Uncomfortable with the spotlight of attention on you, and feel like you are bothering people all the time
Maybe your doctor told you “just go gluten-free” and you were left to figure this all out on your own.
Or maybe you met with a dietitian too and despite all of the information, still feel stuck and unsure how to move forward.
Or maybe, every day with celiac disease just makes you feel like an outsider.
It's like you're the only one crying about not being able to pop into the bakery for a croissant.
You’re probably wondering “Why didn’t they tell me this diagnosis was going to be so hard?
And trust me, it’s not that you haven’t been trying your hardest to learn all the things to eat gluten-free in this very gluten-filled world.
It’s just that you don’t have the right support to deal with all the social challenges that come with this diagnosis.
Because celiac is SO much more than just eating gluten-free.
If it feels like your entire life has suddenly become thinking about, worrying about, and talking about eating gluten-free.
But you're the only one doing it...
And every time you are around food, it feels like celiac disease will never get easier...
You are not alone.
Your partner doesn't get why you’re crying at Starbucks because you can’t have a blueberry muffin.
But we do.
We understand on a level your partner, friends, and family never will.
And if you want to have wins like these...
It starts right here.
And it starts with connection.
Introducing...
An online membership & support group dedicated to empowering adults with celiac disease to embrace a gluten-free lifestyle with joy and confidence!
CCC is the #1 place to comfortably navigate those awkward-as-hell situations you find yourself in ALL the time with celiac disease!
It's where you go from freaking the F out & shutting down over a "We can't guarantee this is gluten-free" statement from a restaurant server...
To calmly pivoting and ordering something else so you can keep yourself safe.
It's where you go from apologizing profusely for holding up the line for 10 extra seconds to get a gluten-free bun...
To standing tall in that moment knowing you're worthy of taking up space like everyone else.
And it's where when your cousin offers you a slice of "gluten-free" chocolate cake at a family party (even though you're POSITIVE they double dip in the flour & sugar...)
You don't feel guilty saying no thank you.
So if you've ever...
Been nervous to ask a server, family member, colleague, or even your best friend about how they prepared something (and you don't want to be rude..)
Gotten emotional when you couldn’t partake in a late-night fast food run with your friends for pancakes at IHOP (ugh, pancakes!!)
Apologized 5x for taking an extra 15 seconds to order food at a restaurant because you feel like you're inconveniencing the server (And you feel weird for taking so long...)
This group is for you!
Here you'll discover a safe and inclusive space to share your gluten-free experiences, and cultivate meaningful friendships with people who get why you can't just buy 1 thing at the gluten-free bakery - ALL while growing your mindset, advocacy, and gluten-free skills!
Whether you are worrying about how to do "all the things" with celiac disease..
If you feel isolated by your diagnosis..
If you feel like you've lost your spontaneity..
Or you're just struggling overall...
This is the place for you that will be like coming home.

CCC is the only online community where you can feel better about celiac disease in just 1 Zoom session.
And CCC is where THIS can be your new normal!
Hey there, I'm Jen!
I'm a celiac coach, blogger & educator who has helped 200+ celiacs speak up for themselves.
I spent over a decade suffering from anxiety & illness - all because my doctor told me "Just go gluten-free" back in 2009. I had no clue back then how celiac would affect me not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
But as soon as I found other celiac friends I could relate to...
I was able to heal my body, backpack around the world for 6 months, and feel comfortable in my own skin again.
And I'm here to help you do that too.
Self-confidence with celiac disease
happens in three simple steps:
Step 1: You connect. You join our Zoom calls, share your favorite products & restaurants in the chat, cheer each other on, and meet other celiacs, so you don't feel so alone.
Step 2: You practice. You utilize the scripts, trainings, and coaching to work on using your voice, one food situation at a time, so asking all these questions doesn't feel so hard.
Step 3: You advocate. You feel empowered by speaking up for yourself, and you keep doing it. And as you keep advocating, it gets easier.
And you help not only yourself travel, dine out, and eat safely.
You help other celiacs & those with dietary restrictions do the same:
And then the next time you find donuts in the break room, when someone offers you the bread basket at a wedding, or your friends order nachos at a bar but they aren't from a dedicated fryer...
All of these situations won't feel so hard.
Because you'll have this group (and your coach!) in your pocket at all times, ready to support you & understand exactly what you are feeling.
